The contest will take place in Ringsted Teater & Kongrescenter, Ringsted , Nørretorv 22, Denmark, 29th April 2006  | 66 km from Copenhagen Airport – highway E20 direct from Airport to Ringsted, take exit 36. You can trawel by train directly from Copenhagen Airport to Ringsted by Intercity 250 km from the German/Danish board in Padborg – highway E45/E20 to Copenhagen, take exit 35 |
The competition is organized by the firm Loaded, sanctioned by, and in cooperation with Danish Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation. We warmly welcome the best bodybuilders and Bodyfitness athletes in Europe to compete in Amateur Invitational Loaded Cup
All competitors has to pay all expenses by themselves

Female: - 57 kg (Up to 57 kg)
+ 57 kg (Over 57 kg)
Male: -80 kg (Up to 80 kg)
-90 kg (Up to 90 kg)
-100 kg (Up to 100 kg)
+100 kg (Over 100 kg)
Bodyfitness:
Female -164 cm (up to 164 cm)
+164 cm (over 164 cm)
Male: - 178 cm (maximum body weight = body height [cm] - 100 + 4 kg)
+ 178 cm (maximum body weight = body height [cm] - 100 + 6 kg)
If a class has less than 4 athletes, the competitors will be transferred to the next class.

Qualification & getting the invitation
Loaded Cup 2006 is an open competition for competitors who has been placed top 5 in their National Championships.
The rules of IFBB apply to this competition.
All participants need a valid IFBB license to compete.
All enrolment for the competition has to go trough Your National Federation to the Danish Federation, to make sure You meet the qualification-demands, and to make sure You have Your National federations permission to compete.

Entry Fee:
Entry fee is 150 DKK (20 Euro). To be paid by money transfer to the following bank account before signing up by our National Federation. Only when we have registered Your national federations permission and your payment, You´re in.

Hotel Information:
The official hotel is: Scandic Hotel, Ringsted : www.scandic-hotels.dk/ringsted ., Nørretorv 57, Phone +45 5761 9300. The hotel is located next to the Venue Site.
The price per night is approx 695,00 DKK per night (93 Euro) for a room with two beds. This is a speical Loaded Cup price, so make sure You say this when you order a room.
A cheaper solution for a stay is: Danhostel, Vandrehjemmet "Amtstuegården", Sct. Bendtsgade 18, 4100 Ringsted www.amtstuegaarden.dk . The price for a room with two beds is approx 370 DKK (50 Euro) per night.
Programme for the contest:
Registration, weith-in and information etc. will take place at Scandic Hotel or Ringsted Teater and Congrescenter at 8.00 pm (Please bee in time, no show up later than 8.00 pm will be accepted).
All competitors must show up in posing trunk/bikini – female bodyfitness competiors must bring their swimsuit, shoes and finale-two pieces bikini too.
Saturday 29th:
9.00 am Prejudging
3.00 pm Intermission – EXPO – Seminar
5.00 pm Finals, entertaiment + guest pose
